Black screen and windowed mode issue in some games

Hello! 
I have a problem in games. Firstly, I can not run some of the games in fullscreen mode. For example, Max Payne 3 and Need for Speed​​: The Rivals. Alt-F4 does not help. Adding parameter -fullscreen on Steam or Origin does not help too. In Max Payne it is the only problem. But in NFS, I can not play at all. Because, after the initial video, I can only see a black screen. I hear sound but can not see anything. After pressing Alt-Tab I'm starting to see the gameplay of NFS under the window of another application. But when I get back to the NFS I only see a black screen window again. I tried to reinstall the video card drivers, games and tried various other advices from different forums. Nothing helped. Now I have a Nvidia 344.11 driver downloaded from this site. Also installed EVGA Precision X 4.2.1. I tried to update to the latest version. It also did not help. And by the way I do not use ASUS Soft.

    I have this problem too, as far as i could understand, i found if i run the games in windowed mode they will run ok, but when i switch to full screen mode the screen goes black, specially in nfs rivals.
    I had the same problem in bf4, but i run it in borderless windowed mode and the problem is solved.
    actually you have to check geforce experience settings for your game, because there is settings for super res and scaling and ...
    and i think some of the problem was with that .
    however I'm still looking for solution for nfs rivals, 'cause windowed mode is not what i want.

    I have the same problem with nfs (rivals, Most-Wanted, the run, etc..) , watch dogs, CS: GO, C&C Tiberium wars all three also, tried putting down the reds. From 4k and the problem is here to stay....
    But mainly it calls for the driver shutting down
    Btw I am running two 760 ftw on sli bridge

    bf4 does this to me...I have to minimize it to the task bar..then click the icon to restore it. fine after that.

    I know this is probably going to sound stupid to you but have you ever tried changing the resolution in in-game settings?

    i've tried it to 1080 from 4K and still the same
