NOOB OF THE DAY POST

Alright just built my very first PC 2 weeks ago. Everything was working fine until last night. I somehow decided I wanted to overclock my ram and cpu (likely from the jayz2cents video I was watching).
I already had xmp profile enabled getting 3200mhz . I changed it to 3400mhz without changing voltages then saved and restarted. It seemed to be running fine I also ran the 3DMark Fire Strike
benchmarks with no issues but I didn't necessarily stress test it to confirm it was actually stable. Next I went back into bios and the stock cpu clock is 3.6 which i upped to 4.8 thinking it would be EZ PZ.
I did change the voltage setting to adaptive as well. This time I save and reset and only my motherboard, fans, front case LEDs turn on but my keyboard, mic, and monitor stay off. At this point I'am
freaking out and turn the PC off and unplug the power supply because there is a red light and white light that stays on located on the motherboard even when the PC is off. After waiting a minute or so i plug it back in and the PC again turns on but this time my keyboard and mic both light up as well as the motherboard, fans, and case LEDs, but my monitor will say there is no signal and go right back
to sleep. I also noticed every 30 seconds or so the computer will try to reset/reboot itself but to the same result in a loop. Also when I would normally turn on the PC the motherboard would beep and
now there is no beep at all. I'am thinking I need to reset the bios or cmos but I'am worried that since I needed a friend to update the bios for me in order to run my 9th Gen CPU will it not be compatible
after resetting the bios? Any suggestions and hate comments will be appreciated thank you in advance. PS I added a picture in case I did destroy my new PC every funeral needs at least one picture.

Welcome to the EVGA Forums

After Windows finishes loading - then your monitor should display ---> especially if using a DisplayPort cable (DP)

Clear the CMOS .... is Not the same as a BIOS Flash (update)

Clear CMOS - button makes it easy ---> Item #1 in photo Below

You can then load optimum default settings, reboot

Now load custom setting for your hardware, save reboot

You also have dual BIOS on that MB see page 20 of manual (excerpt below)
     24. BIOS Select Switch
This switch toggles between physical BIOS chips. The Z370 Classified K features two BIOS chips soldered to the PCB. Each chip holds only the settings and profiles that have been saved to the BIOS chip while active. This allows you to swap between two physically different BIOS chips

When you OC:

Small steps grasshopper
OC the CPU first
Now test to make sure it is Rock solid & temps are Good
then OC RAM

Manual 370 Classy K

Thank you so much for your reply! Clearing the CMOS worked instantly. I'am going to leave everything stock for now until I have time to learn more.
I will also follow your advice by taking small steps and not trying to jump 1.6 mhz at a time lol. I will also look into the BIOS Select Switch seems like a really
good tool I should take advantage of.
