I have been playing it for a hour or two a day... I like it a lot... I am wondering if this game uses my Physix card or not... But eather way. with everyting maxed i dont see any lag ever on my GTX 275. The effect when you go through water and it blurs your vision is kind anoying xD but it adds to the game and make it more fun. I think i missed quite a bit on the first 2 areas because i didnt look at the map ever... So i will be replaying after i beet it.. lol..

patrick1game Bioshock is a UE3 engine game that uses Havoc for it's physics engine. So this game isn't going to benifit from a dedicated physx card. Just started to play this game tonight. Plays smoothly and the water effects look really good. Gameplay feels the same as the first Bioshock which is a plus. Good to know my Phyix card is just wasting power and space again xD Hey Mighty Matty add me to your windows live account :P Burning_kittins

I was playing some more last night (MP) and the Alt+Tab quick-fix works pretty well in order to fix the stutter after the first patch. Also, I heard that if you edit a config INI file in the Bioshock 2 folder and set it to a higher rate, it also fixes some lag. I was unable to find the parameter to set the rate though.
