Picking one is super hard and I like a lot of different games that I would put in completely different categories. Doom eternal, demon souls, Diablo 3, it takes two, and halo 2 have been big parts of my gaming career. Hell I logged prolly 200 hours on Diablo 3 with my wife before we were married haha.

Not an easy pick. The answers can only be subjective. I must say that the game I loved the most and have fond memories of is Vice City. I loved the tropical vibe and the main character.

Prolly my avatar should give it out, but my most beloved game (series) is Monkey Island. Specifically, my favorite is still the first one, even if everyone says the second one is better. The comedy in these games is evergreen, they are so clever, and they set a bar every other adventure game still confronts to.
Other than that, so many games worth being cited.
Final Fantasy VII. My first (but not my last) Final Fantasy, and a difficult one to top.
Final Fantasy XI. The first MMO in the saga, and the one I literally spent year(s) of game time on.
Final Fantasy XIV. The current MMO one, a huge success and probably destined to be the most successful to day.
The Metal Gear saga.
The Zelda saga.
The Street Fighter saga.
The Tekken saga.
The Pro Evolution Soccer ones.
Puzzle Bubble.
The Metal Slugs.
Prince of Persia.
The Diablo saga (can't wait for the II remastered and IV!).
(Almost) every other Blizzard game.
…
And so on and so on, the list could go on forever and I'd still leave out classics I loved.
