I recently got the X20 wireless gaming mouse and am loving it. However I can't seem to get the battery to charge. I've left it plugged into the wall with 2.4Ghz and Bluetooth turned off over night. I've done the same while plugged into a usb hub while using the mouse in 2.4 Ghz mode and now I have it plugged into a surge protected power strip with USB ports at 5v and 2.4a charging and its still not charging. What am I doing wrong?

Hi guys. I have just bought my x20 mouse from Amazon. Looks good. Feels right silent enough in use BUT. Yes the dreaded BUT. It will not charge. I had it left on charge from my usb c port for 8 hours . It was showing 23 percent on app. Now its showing 20 percent as i am using it at this time. I have until March 2nd to return so that it seems is the better option than posting back to EVGA . As nomoss said above disappointed with the quality control on this mouse. Back to my trusted Logitech MX Master i will go. 

. I have just pushed the lead into charge port on mouse with extra force. It went in more than before. It is now charging as it should. On app it shows battery charging. It also updated the firmware . Seems being gentle with lead was not working. Hope this helps<<
