Perfect, thanks for the info, going to be doing almost the exact same setup (Same top rad, diff right rad, but same thickness).  I've also got Bitspower's full motherboard block for the X99 classy, and just for giggles EK's liquid shims and blocks for the ram as well.  Going for a nickle, black chrome / black style finish, just praying it works inside the DG-87, this was originally for a custom chassis.

Nice! I'm projecting to do almost the exact same build. With a front push/pull on the Nemesis 420GTX, do you think it could fit? 
 
And could you do some closer picture of your loop, to let us see how every thing is interconnected? It'would help me a lot in my buying.

Okay so.... 
 
Green Line: GTS 420 is on top, its a x-flow so there are ports on both ends of the rad. Water flows from the pump, into the GTS420 with the GREEN line [90* fitting was used, so that the tubing could be run along top of the other radiator. I also had to remove the stock LED from the case, so I could stuff the tubing into the recess, or else the door would not close properly.
 
Yellow Line: water flows from the GTS 420 into the CPU block (45* fittings, and normal fittings were used)
 
Red Line: Flows from processor block, into the GPU blocks, and then the tubing goes from the gpu blocks, up behind the RES bracket, and into the GTX 420 radiator mounted on the right, this uses a 90* fitting on the right port (looking at the radiator, its the right port, hardwarelabs gives specific cooling instructions based on what fan config you are using)

Yellow Line #2 (by reservoir): Water flows out of the GTX 420 radiator, and into the reservoir, from there it flows back into the pump (combination of 90* fittings, and 45* were used)

Thats pretty much it, takes a bit of finagling, but you can definitely make a badass loop inside this case :)

Finally got TimeSpy working, was a corrupt download, Steam was not removing the full 3DMark directory, so I had to do it manually, and let it redownload it all. Need to work on my overclock a bit, this is strictly testing with "basic" voltage curve, need to play around with the manual settings to see if I can get it all higher. I think I can safely get 30k Firestrike, 20k Firestrike Extreme and 13k TimeSpy with a bit of work..

Got the same res as yours, though I think the one I got has more spirals.
 
Got the Black Ice nemesis GTR 420 rad. Just one for now. Down the road I plan on a second rad once the 1080ti is released. I'll be getting two and watercooling them as well. I may hit you up if I hit a snag.
 
Also got EK's monoblock for the x99 board.
 
Hoping I can break the 4.5 barrier once it's all done with my 6900k. I was close with the corsair AIO, but I'm restricted due to the VRMs being poorly cooled on this board, Asus Strix x99.
 
I am guessing you're monitoring and controlling everything via Asus AISuite? How do you like it?
 
That's the only thing I'm not sure about is proper monitoring and control over curves.

I don't use AISuite for anything, I have nothing to control really... Pump runs 100%, fans are on PWM off the CPU header, pretty much all being handled by default settings for fans and lighting.

Just got the reservoir and nemesis in the mail. Think I'll start a build log for once. 
 
For the Resevoir, I'm guessing the cathode with the 3 pin connector needs an adapter? How do you have yours plugged in? Feel like I'm missing something there. 

You need an inverter to plug it into, I had a old inverter from another cold cathode kit, that I painted black.
