Audio issues x570 evga no 3600x

Bought new card, and had nothing but issues
 
constanst every 10-20 seconds loss audio
pops and crackles in background
 
so far have
reset windows
tried multiple usb drivers
multiple versions of nu audio software
 
can anyone help?

    I think you have to list the specs of your system for people to understand your problem better.
    I don't understand what x570 evga no 3600x is referring to in your header.
    Is x570 a motherboard?
    Is 3600x the MHz of your memory?

    I know you mentioned that you initiated a return in another thread, but if you still have the card, please try disable the C-States in your motherboard BIOS and test.
