They are the real deal and high quality. Totally worth the asking prices and justified.

I have one and YES they are worth it.  I made sure I got the right one for me.  The seat cushion flairs on the sides and I made sure I got the King one where the seat (flat) part was where those flairs didn't dig into my legs.
 
The arm rests are hard (my only negative) like other chairs but I got gel padded arm rest covers from Amazon to go over them.
 
But I LOVE this chair and will buy another one if this one ever goes out.
 
I had the hydrolic part go out where it wouldn't stay forward or backwards when I set it (the lean) and they sent me a replacement part with no issue.
 
I can't compare it to other brands though.

I bought a knock-off and made a thread about it a few weeks ago. I got the $100 RC-1 version. They are now $90 on Newegg on sale for a few more days. After using it for a while, I still like it. If I sit with my legs open, it will dig in after a bit and I had to mess with the pillows and reclining a while to get it set. I actually swapped the bottom part that has the hydraulics and everything out with my beat up chair because it was a tad beefier and it seemed centered better. It's not a cozy, fluffy, sink-into chair that I would watch movies in all day but It works well for gaming and working. I have heard a few people stated that they have both the RX and the knock offs and the differences are small. If I had to do it again, I probably would have went with a standard leather/fake leather office chair with more padding. I may move this into my recording studio later. It looks super cool and I get work done on it but it could be a little more comfortable.

They are built well. IMHO you can get better chairs for the same price if you go for a regular office type chair, but if you want the racer style DX are some of the best made.

If your a fat guy then dont get it. I would imagine that bucket seat constantly holding your love handles. Just go to the junk yard and find a used racing seat in a car and make your own. Just spray it down with febreze and Lysol.

Do they make them for big fat guys?  I'm 571 and I saw a chair that looked like one that could fit me but I don't really need one and I just thought I would up my post count as well.
