I am currently in a build and in need of a custom overlay for my Gigabyte board . . . I am ready with the images and wondered if you are still doing this sort of thing ?
 
Since this is my first post in the EVGA forum it will be a while before I can PM you - so, hopefully you'll be checking in on this thread soon.

[Build Log] Ice Dragon _Parvum custom S2.5 mATX

Well . . . couldn't really find any REAL information regarding this 'Feature' on the Gigabyte Motherboard . . . so, thought I would share . . . HOW IT WORKS !!!
 
First off . . . major Kudos to Skarface for providing what obviously is a VOID in this Marketing Scheme (and yes - I am a Gigabyte FAN !!!) . . . and NOW, also a Skarface FAN . . . thank you, my Man !!!

So, step ONE . . . figure out what design you want - and - reach out to skarface to . . . git er dunn !
 


 . . . Awesome Job !
 
 

. . . the next challenge  - go figure how this thing is attached
 
 

. . . step TWO - remove the black plastic 'Set-Pins' securing the overlay at both ends
- this may require a bit of twisting and pulling - got it done just by hand
 
 

. . . that leaves (what I'll call) a Cotter Rivet still holding the overlay to the motherboard
 
 

. . . Three ... with a little encouragement - the overlay can be lifted and the plastic 'Cotter Rivet' can be removed
 
 

 . . . and - there it is . . . The EXTRACTION
 
 

 . . . Four ... now - set your New piece in place . . . 
 
 
 

 . . . Five ... pop in the Cotter Rivet
 

 . . . Six ... replace the Set-Pin
 

 . . . and ... Tharr ya Go !!!   All Swapped Out

account names changed to number usually means a member did not respond to a message that their forums ID had to be changed

I understand that, but that wasn't my issue, i don't need multiple accounts lol.
 
The problem was my evga account got deleted. So, the system assigned a new user name to replace my username in the forum since it was deleted from skarface to 20184549615095. A supervisor was able to recover just my product side of my account but not the forum part. Now basically all my 1190 posts and my threads all have the user name 20184549615095 instead of skarface. I've basically lost nearly 10 years worth of participation on the forum.
