Got mine. I'm giving my 3080 FTW3 i've had since October to a friend. Can I unregister my card so he can register it? Is there any time limit for him to register it?

Your friend will need some kind of receipt when they register the card for warranty.

Warranty is transferable, one of the perks to selling and buying an EVGA video card. I'm talking about the standard 3 year warranty the card comes with.

Even with all the LE and Hybrids it seems to like have barely moved. It just pisses me off that myself and many others were there online and able to get to the store page but were not able to even confirm the notifications for about after the initial screw up45 minutes because of the website issues.
I am happy EVGA has tried to do something to help but it was so flawed and frankly beyond a joke. Had my eyes set on the Hybrid and I had at least 2 mini over cap messages in the notification, several failed captcha and countless "Oops" Messages.
Yes, I had 1 window opened and waited for timeout or error page before refreshing. I was able to get in 15-30m ahead of a buddy trying to do several tabs at once. Seems those constantly refreshing were simply overloading the server while knocking themselves back.

Thats what I figured. If he wants to register it, obviously I dont have a receipt because im giving it to him. I assume they should just register it? I can always call support I guess.
Give him a fake receipt. Just show where you transferred the card to him. Or just keep the card in your account and if he has an issue, have him pay for any shipping cost involved.

Always --- Ground is like $20, 2 day for me was $36 I think. Don't do ground if unless you're ~ 2 ground days from them. UPS has been using trains lately, those take 10 days from CA to east coast.

For me the 2nd day air was cheaper. $44 vs $55 for ground but probably because I'm in Hawaii...lol Those submarine trucks must be expensive 🤣

I personally havent but Ive seen people posing with 3080 ti EVGA cards and people taking screenshots that their queue position had arrived.

Even Zotac (which must be a lot smaller than EVGA) can manufacture 400,000 graphics cards a month. (As reported here: How your Nvidia and AMD graphics cards are made | PCGamesN).
This means EVGA surely must be manufacturing a lot more; it really does beg the question why, if there are only several hundred "elite" customers at the front of the queue; why these people haven't received a purchase invitation yet?
(I am talking in terms of the European queue for example which our spreadsheet shows have less than 150 elites for the main SKU (FTW3 Ultra Gaming 3967).
Surely for a company that can manufacture at least half a million cards a month, the tiny amount of elite customers who took advantage of the 24hr exclusive should only constitute a drop in the ocean? It is for this reason which I'm extremely puzzled as to why no Europeans have reported receiving an invite yet!
this not valid anymore. I read somewhere one of the biggest EU retailers has a order of 300-400 coming in by eom june. So its literally trickling like water drops

For some context I was very fortunate to be included in Friday's notify & I spent nearly nearly 90 min refreshing a single tab and had a total of 5 "attempts" to register before I was successful with 3-4 different types of errors before I was successful. Another factor that have helped me is I live 250 miles away and have a 400mb hard wired internet connection

I think I'm one of the last to receive a noti for the 3080 ti FTW3,
Was super surprised yesterday got my email,
My time was 12G-P5-3967-KR 6/3/2021 7:27:24
I love how EVGA has the option to pay with affirm! They covered $1000 of my purchase and I put the rest down. only a $40 something fee for total for affirm over 3 months, will pay it in full next week though :)
Also I was super surprised it already shipped! Hyped to get this :)
