I'm trying to place an order for a 3090 Ti and when I get to the payment page and I click on the "Pay with credit" button, literally nothing happens.

Could someone see if they are able to get through checkout to the point you can actually type in your credit card number?

I should be able to click the "Pay with credit" button and then get a prompt to type in my credit card, but nothing happens. Same thing if I click the PayPal button or Affirm button. I've tried multiple browsers, multiple computers, my phone on the cell network, and even tried creating a new EVGA account. Nothing worked.

In the Chrome developer tools console log I'm seeing an error "dataCollector error:BraintreeError: Client (version 3.85.3) and Data Collector (version 3.85.2) components must be from the same SDK version." so I'm wondering if something might be broken on the EVGA website.

I'm trying to figure out if this is somehow a problem only effecting me or if it is effecting everybody. If someone would be able to confirm it works for them, I'd appreciate it.

Currently, we see other people ordering, so it's not affecting everyone.  However, we're looking into it at the same time.

Site appears like its is down, BTW you messing up, click on a associate first get the discount first before buying. its only 3% off but money is money. That would be $1309.49 US Dollar. plus tax OK. Will not even let me add to cart.

I'm not alone in the world!  That's a relief that it isn't just me.

I just checked and it's still broken for me. Hopefully they'll reply in this thread when the issue is fixed.

Edit: Wowwww. I'm dumb. If you look in the screenshot from my original picture, you'll see a continue button at the bottom. You have to select the radio button for "Pay with Card" and then click the Continue button. "Pay with card" is not a button, it's just a selection.

I still couldn't checkout with a credit card though. I'd enter my credit card info and then click Continue and then nothing would happen lol

Looking at the console logs I see:

Checkout_Payment.aspx:1107 Uncaught TypeError: btInstance.requestPaymentMethod is not a function
         at BriantreeRequest (Checkout_Payment.aspx:1107:36)
         at HTMLInputElement.onclick (Checkout_Payment.aspx:1061:297)

so the credit card checkout might still be broken.

I was able to checkout with PayPal though! Woo!

There are no issues with MasterCard payments, and haven't been for some time.
