I have 8 days left and it would be so upsetting if I don’t make it into the queue for a 3080.
I just wish the communication was a little better. Let’s hope for best, but it’s just been so hard to stay positive.
How is everyone else feeling?

I feel like you are panicking for no reason. You have 8 days and need a couple for the 3080. It isn’t like you are standing in line and suddenly the line shuts off. Once you enter that you want to step up, you are in queue and even if it takes another year, your place is held.
Relax, check the website tomorrow, and if it is available, enter the queue and then go enjoy your games. Just don’t exit the queue, which will require clicking a button to leave the queue, and you will be fine.

The Step Up program is a place in line. You do not need to ship off the card within the 90 days but instead just say you would like to step up. After you do that EVGA will contact you and you can step up when the product is available and you continue to use the current card until then. It might take a few months from the release to upgrade but as long as you put in the request within the 90 days you are golden.

Mine ends tomorrow. This is my first EVGA card and I really like the concept of this program and went with them for great customer service. That being said, I'd be pretty disappointed if I missed out just because they go out of stock or aren't listed tomorrow. I think they should honor it regardless of how much stock they have. I don't mind waiting a while. After all what's the point of the program if you can't use it?

This makes the most sense and is what I was hoping for. I'm sure anyone would take the option of waiting over losing the ability to step up because their 90 days is up. I don't have to be the first to get it, I just want to be able to take advantage of the Step Up option. My situation seems exactly like what it was made for. Purchased 2080S a couple of months before this launch and now I can get a card with far better performance without taking a loss. Customer service and the Step Up program is how a retail employee convinced me to grab an EVGA card over the MSI one I originally asked him for. It can take 6months to a year to arrive at my door for all I care. As long as I'm guaranteed one when they are available. My 2080S will hold me down PLENTY FINE until then. Buyers' remorse is gone.

Guys, a card that isn’t available for sale will NEVER be on the list. They are not available for sale before 0600 pacific daylight time, today. You won’t see the option UNTIL the cards are allowed to be sold per NVidia rules. This is very normal and is the same at every launch. Be patient.

Got myself in queue for the 3080 FTW Ultra which is now an option on the US Step Up list. Did it as soon as I could get the website to stop crashing which was about an hour and a half after launch.
