It looks like Intel is continuing the HEDT lineup with Sapphire Rapids cpus and will have 64 PCIE5 lanes on the 24xx series cpus and 112 PCIE5 lanes on the 34xx series cpus. There will also be X series of these chips with unlocked multiplier.

Is a W790 Dark even on EVGAs radar?
