thank you guys!! one more question im kinda new with this liquid systems, how do I know the real fan speed,  since all my monitoring software shows cpu fan at 1400 rpm,  I have never seen it above that, how do I know is reaching 2000 rpm when needed???

This would mean that you have not run your water hot enough ... You can also plug the fan to a motherboard header and see its full speed.

ZZ,
Ok, sorry I guess I should have gone into greater detail from the beginning. What I did was purchase these http://www.frozencpu.com/products/9611/ex-pmp-166/UNDesigns_525_Bay_Rad_Bracket_Set_-_Black_Powder_Coat_UNRBR1-BLK.html to mount the rad and fans inside the drive cage.  The brackets will fit nicely between either side of the rad and fan, it is up to you and can take some patience to find the right hole in the drive cage to get them all to line up but it can be done without any mods.  And here are the pics:

I have to say I was a little taken aback when I saw a few specs of dust in the picture. LOL BTW a nice 140mm fan filter fist nicely at the front of the drive cage.  Hope it helps.

wwcchamp-Thanks for the pics and the info on the brackets. I just got the Kuhler 620 and was not happy with it in the back of my HAF 932 but couldn't figure out how to put it up front securely. I just ordered the 5.35 brackets you described from frozencpu.com and I can't wait to mount the Antec 620 up front! Thanks again, and I'll post some pics after I get the brackets and remount the radiator.

Glad to hear I could provide some inspiration!  I am constantly looking at the forums to see what I can do next or for a better way to do something.  In fact I need to update my pics too.

If you have the fan plugged into the cable that comes off the pump then as far as I know you will not be able to monitor the fan speed.  What is important is that you monitor the CPU temps.  I use Realtemp.

wcchamp,
I forgot to ask-do you have your kuhler pulling air into the case now or flowing out the front? Also, if you're pulling into the case, have you noticed any temp differences for the MB, SB, NB or CPU pulling instead of pushing? Thanks.
BTW, I got the brackets but won't have time to install in the front until this weekend. I'll keep you all updated though.

Rlb9682,
I have have the Kuhler set as an intake.  As for the specifics of the temps your asking about I can not tell you the exact before temps.  As is right now, I have used AIDA64 and all the temps are good. Also, I have 3-120mm fans on top as exahust and the 1-120 in the rear as exahust so what ever warm air is generated by the rad is quickly sent out of the case.  Take your time when you do the install and everything will go smoothly.

Well, I got the radiator mounted up front today. The brackets came in very handy, but like you said it was a pain for about 15min getting everything installed in the small spaces up front. I took a few pics and probably should have taken more, or different angles but I wanted you guys to see it finished. I might take more pics later but I'm done tinkering for today.

Oh, I've included a snapshot of the temps also. They are near identical to the radiator mounted in back. Keep in mind too that my office is currently 27c so I'm very happy with these temps.

i gotta say i have had this cpu cooler for quite some time now and i love it it does what it's told the only complaint i may have is the sound the fan makes atleast i think it is the fan but then again i got the case open as the power button is not working properly so maybe thats why it makes that sound

I noticed you have quite a bend where the left hose comes off the CPU (at least is looks like it in the picture).  Just FYI if you have not noticed but you can rotate or pivot the direction that the hoses come off the CPU block.

Ah, it must just be the angle of the photo. I checked again yesterday and it's fine,-no bend where the hose comes off the CPU. I admit when I saw the photo I thought the same thing but looking at it in person shows no bend and there is "wiggle" room since the tubing is not stretched taught from the pump to the radiator.

At any rate, it's working well, looks good up front and I like it there a lot.
