What is the color of crazy?

Green and purple?

Not sure about that. The color of lazy, however, is sort of like mauve.

Personally, no offense to the community or to the staff but this is making tech supports job seem way to easy having to rely on the problems of others to fix yours. And if, for some reason, the economy starts to take toll on the business or sales who do you think will be the first people to get laid off or lose their jobs... Tech Support. I mean why keep paying someone to help people when they can get help for free just by logging on? Please don't hate on me.

Tech support won't lose their jobs over this. They have a particular function to perform based on phone calls and/or direct emails. This is for the people who come here and seek answers in addition to that resource. Just consider this a 'peer review' of support and them as the front lines sharing the knowledge for everyone to gain and learn from.

Sorry about that. I thought I had quoted one of the comments made in one of these pages when I replied.

Do you mean #7 & #9? The two you list are not BR worthy at all. The post numbers are at the bottom of each post with a green arrow pointing towards the post it is considered...

Post #6 and #9 IMO, have very helpful information for OP. I nominate the person who have good info to share. Therefore, AB should receive a BR. If this is a  problem I will PM another MOD to take care of this.

Gotcha... Yes you would need to contact a different MOD as I cannot give myself any BR's . Then they would decide of they are BR worthy or not...

Now that we are talking about BRs, I like point out that this thread itself  "Afterburner has put out an APB..." deserves a BR. Members have been helping each other and getting BRs. Some go unnoticed. Thanks to this thread, people have a second chance.

I encourage other members to nominate this thread for a BR.

1st one... Not br worthy...

2nd one... We only award one BR for folks doing this, not multiple ones. It got out of control there for a while as it seemed folks only did it to get BR's. And sadly it looks like a few of them may have been. Because they never offered anything again when we informed them of  only honoring one BR and not multiple ones for their kindness.

3rd one.. Already has a BR...
