Oh yeah, just be careful do not damage the pcb, and everything will be fine. Damaging the pcb will void the warranty, but routine maintenance will not hurt anything.

compressed / canned air should do  with out having to disassemble  anything ?   all my years I never had to take a card apart to clean out dust   unless you got something more to that .

all you do is risk a butter finger moment  like your screwdriver slips and ????   or you tighten the screw back and here ''snap ''

a good blowing out of the dust is all you should need to do  [opinion]

    good luck

Yes, it is very rare to have to take apart a card.
I think the last one I had to do (for dust/buildup) was an nvidia 4400 ?
That blower sucked up everything, and I had a dog that could go anywhere and I got massive hair buildup that could not be blown backwards out of the card. I had to take the blower apart to remove the hair buildup.
But, that was a dog plus a very damp place plus lots of dust.
    Very rare indeed.

ya, true a reference blower card you may need to remove the shroud to get good in there   if extreme  dust built up   . I find it best to blow out my rigs like on a 2 month maintainece  or as it loks to start to need a quick inspect and clean .  don't let it get too bad  and that makes it a tad bit more easy to keep up and clean  [opinion] dust could build up and hold static  as well  [more opinion ]

If I disassemble the cooler for cleaning, will my warranty be lost? I want to remove those 4 screws that you can see center of the picture and disassemble heatsink for cleaning.
Can I remove the screw for cleaning to keep the warranty?

Yes you can. You remove the 4 screws in your picture and you better have more TIM around cause those hold the heatsink to the GPU chip. Usually for cleaning the heatsink fins etc.... I use cheap toothbrushes and those soft bristle brushes you use for cleaning like bottles and weird sized skinny cups etc.... like this: https://www.midwestsupplies.com/bottle-brush?gdffi=aa92829c2cf847b6a646261bd5b23c06&gdfms=EF8051DABB794C68BFF705075A99DF08&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIoarXupjj1wIVxLrACh0l3wTaEAQYBSABEgIF-vD_BwE

Yep, this is when I started cleaning every month or 2, and have never had an issue since (involving dust or dirt or hair, anyway).
I actually bought a little handheld shopvac just to suck up the dust out of crevices, like what accumulates in the fins of AIO coolers. It isnt very powerful, but just enough to get the dust out without hurting any fans or anything.
Something like this cheapy (although I think mine is 1/2 that horsepower, doesnt do wet, and came with nowhere near the accessories that does, lol):
