I hope so much to win this very,very,very nice board!I also purchased a video card from EVGA!GTX 780 TI superclocked,and wanna say that thus card is brilliant,so now just one thing to go,this cool looking motherboard!!!)

EVGA X99 FTW (E997) is the standard ATX model. 2015 will reach an even more powerful model, probably double or triple bound socket workstations.

Its amazing how all of this comes together to make a beast component now all we have o do is wait and see what the oveclockers can achieve with the amazing power of EVGA. This would be one heck of a piece of equipment in my EMPTY HAF stacker case. give it another year or two and they will be able to make home pc with 300 processors onboard.

On some motherboards are internal right angled USB 3.0 ports used, but in some cases is at the bottom not enough space for the connector.

I can't wait to get my hands on the new boards, but one question? EVGA is tops for product reliability and quality, but why you guys haven't added a mSATA socket like Gigabyte is puzzling for the design innovators. I repaired a bent pin socket Z77 system board and built a system with 256 GB mSATA on board for my grandson. "system on a chip".

pretty nice promo deal going on here :) i'm just curious, but aren't the dimm slots a tiny bit too close to cpu socket on evga x99 platform? at least they appear so in pics, wondering if that wouldn't be an issue with some water cooling blocks or bigger AIO or oversized air coolers...

Ok, apparently I've been out of the loop for a while. What is the socket for this new chipset? Is it 2011? Does anyone have any links to benchmarks?
