Does anyone know why 3Dmark crash at loading screen whenever EVGA Precision XOC is open?
If I close EVGA Precision XOC, it's then working fine. Video card not overclocking at all

Make sure you have the PXOC Server running when you open 3DMark.  Do that by clicking the "OSD" in the upper left corner on the main interface.  It should be lit up when enabled.  Once the server is enabled, if you open it you should see 3DMark.exe in the "exclude" list.  That should prevent the crashing.  If you find it's not in the list, try adding it.  See if that takes care of your issue...

You should Not have any other Apps running in the Background when you Benchmark.
Open PXOC select your Profile then EXIT PXOC and run the Benchmark.

A profile stays active after exiting PXOC?

The overclock stored in the profile stays active with xoc closed.

Yes, Until you Restart your Computer or you Crash the Graphics Card, Driver, or BSOD.

But a custom fan curve does not correct? So it uses the card's default fan profile if PXOC is closed?

Not Sure I have never used one, I set my fan to 90% and it stays at 90% AFTER I exit PXOC.
But best to set the Fans at 90% anyway for Benchmarking IMO.

I will add that Open and Minimized is not the Same and I have done this before with no issue so for a Fan Profile I would think that when PXOC is Minimized it should still be working.

That is correct. Custom fan curves do not work with xoc closed.
