Hey Gary thanks for the reply. I manually install my Nvidia drivers. I use DDU to remove and then I install the new Nvidia drivers. Thanks for reminding me, I have an extra question, will repost my questions again:
1. I'm going to run this GPU as is, no overclocking.
Is there something I need to do with the card, or am I good to go? Because I know this card has a lot of features, but I'm happy running it as it without changing anything, but would like to know.
2. Am I good to open up and run Precision X1 and have PX1 update the firnware for this Kingpin? It's not going to download and install an extreme OC firmware is it? I just want to run the card as is. When I had my 3090 ftw ultra, PX1 would auto update the firmware.
3. Same questions as #2 but with vbios. I've read that there isn't a vbios update and its very rare for EVGA to have those. I read this of course when I had my 3090 ftw3 ultra. So it the same with this Kingpin and am I good to go running it as is with the current vbios?
4. I have a Asus Dark Hero motherboard with a 5950x CPU, and the motherboard had an old bios. It used to boot up with the Q code AA. Now after the latest bios update, it boots up with the Qcode 9E. Is that normal? I read that the 9E Qcode has something to do with enabling Firmware TPM and it auto enabled that when I updated the bios. Can I disable it? Couldn't find exactly where to do so in the bios, but I did see something called TPM 2.0, maybe I could try and disable that?
5. (Question I forgot to ask above) So I already had the latest Nvidia driver installed on my PC before I removed my RTX 3090 FTW Ultra and sold it. When I got the Kingpin I just installed it into the motherboard and booted the PC. Do I need to use DDU and reinstall the Nvidia drivers? Or am I good? (Sorry I'm OCD)
