Was just curious if anyone besides me that made it into the K|NGP|N queue that has a 011 Dynamic and wanted to see what your plans were on where you were going to mount the 360 RAD. I am keep going back and forth on how i will mount mine. I have a 360 AIO that i have currently top mounted. My initial thought was to mount the KP 360 RAD in the upright position using my current Corsair ML120 fans on the KP RAD as well as using the fans that come on the RAD in a push/pull config. I mean i already have the fans, might as well keep them in the build using them i guess.

Or i also thought about swapping the two 360 RADS mounting the KP RAD up top and moving the AIO RAD to the upright spot. Just not 100% sure what i will do and wanted to call on my fellow Lian Li Brotherhood LoL.

I keep my KPE radiator outside the case for extra cooling.

it literally doesn't matter which rad is top or bottom. best thing you can do is have both your rads in push/pull as intake on top and bottom and have some nice high cfm fans on the side exhausting from your case. you can also place a 80mm fan on the back of the case as an additional exhaust fan in case of the O11D. The XL is self explanatory

which spaces are you running as inflow and out flow? ie. TOP/bottom/side/back

ive been debating this. i think for the KP radiator using it as TOP/outflow (push/pull) is the best as it will be this radiator that produces more heat; blowing the hot air OUT of your system along with hot air rising. however im debating doing side out flow (push/pull) with the 360 cpu rad. and having the bottom back as inflow VS having side inflow (push/pull) and back outflow. bot still inflow

I will be keeping my top 360mm AIO as exhaust for my CPU, corsair h150i capellix, and doing the back mount for the KPE as intake. I'm going to put the rad in the bad and fans inside, also have a vertical gpu mount, and 3 QL 120 fans on bottom as intake, my theory is with the vertical mount and 3 bottom fans, the gpu will be cooled from its own intake, and the bottom 3 fans will help push cool fresh air to cpu as cooler exhaust through that rad. I also have the XL case, so will have my 120 in rear as exhaust as well.

I've got the O11 Dynamic XL. Similarly, I've got a 360 Rad (EK AIO for the CPU) on top and I plan to put the KP Rad on the "side?". It'll be vertical mount, replacing my Titan X and I'll replace the KP EVGA fans on the rad with my current EK fans. Bottom already has 3 fans as intake.

as soon as you have the KPE rad dumping it's heat into the case, you are literally crippling your CPU cooler. A rad can only work properly if the air going through it is cooler than the liquid inside. you either have to go all rads intake, which is preferrable for maximum rad efficency, or all rads exhaust. there is no way around it with that GPU.

My GF's PC setup is an O11 Dynamic XL as well. She's got a Deepcool AIO with the 360 rad on top exhausting. Her Gigabyte 2080 Ti Waterforce (vertically mounted) hybrid card's rad (240mm) is on the side exhausting out as well. She has one more fan on the side also exhaust, and three 120mm fans on the bottom as intake, and one in the back as intake as well. Her 9900k is OC'd to 5ghz on all cores and there's a slight OC on the gpu and everything runs very cool with no temp issues at all.
Hopefully that helps a little for perspective.

Am I the only one that is planning to cram their KP in the new O11D mini?
It was practically fate that both released at the same time on the same day.

nice, that is what im going to do too. im running the fans off a controller connected to the PSU instead of my MOBO so they dont ruin it. THe cpu AIO will be cooler than gpu aio so i think that the side intake is the best spot for cpu aio, it will not heat your system as much as gpu aio would. I was considering doing both side and top out flow and back bottom inflow but then i would have 12 outflow vs 4 inflow fans and that might create negative pressure or some crap.

the back spot is a  really good point of exhaust with the proximity to the Gpu and cpu.

    Best IMO
    OUT: top KP rad (push/pull)/back
    IN: side CPU rad (push/pull)/bottom

IF you have 12 fans all exhausting then it traps hot air in and prevents airflow. THerefore in theory, you'd want equal IN/OUT. like this you would have 6vs7, or in my case 7vs9. either way it will maximize airflow and cpu rad heat wont be a factor.

I couldn't find a case to fit my needs so I made one out of wood. It stands 5'3". I game on speakers so I really don't want to hear my computer at all. With all fans at 100% (Except the 2x AC Infinity 6" for pushing air through, are set at 2/10) my case stays around 44-47db. It's not that bad. it's really ugly lol, but functionally beautiful. Like I'm not a woodworker or anything.

I figure I will mount the kingpin radiator somewhere above the AC infinity fans by just screwing into the wood with small metal L brackets.

    I guess I can't post pictures of it till I make 9 posts o.O

Oh nice I never noticed that section, when it is more complete maybe I'll post a thread in there. I do want to add more sound proofing inside around the fan area and above it,  to see if I can take it down one more db smudge. Sound proofing material costs more then I spent on this whole thing though :(

Hopefully this works for a peek:

Going back I see things I could have done better. It's a in between project to hold me over. You can imagine where I would place the kingpin just like I have the H100i, except near the bottom.
