Used the same 1.000mV and locked Core @ 2040MHz. Lower score than yourself yet plenty of juice left! This card is impressive to say the least! :)
 

I am using Afterburner yet need to optimize everything to get an actual competitive score.

As mentioned before: I was running half a dozen programs in the background to monitor temps and voltages - I am also using two M.2’s installed on the motherboard that are sharing bandwidth with the PCIe lane - All this combined can easily cost several hundred points to a score.

My main goal was to check temperature(s) and get an idea of the performance of this card - which is truly impressive - especially since I come from a 2080S with a 300W bios flashed 😁

May I ask what Rebar is exactly? Something like DLSS?

I Did testing all weekend and hitting close to 500W with an undervolted OC in 3DMark and Unigine Heaven testing 
- My 3090 FTW3U is version 1.2 and has all thermal pads replaced/upgraded and GPU has Thermal Grease applied (just FYI)
 
Voltage curve has been set to the following:
-- using 0.800mV for 1800MHz
--- using 0.950mV for 1920 MHz
---- using max load of 1.000 mV for 2044MHz (There is still PLENTY of OC room left yet this is where I personally like my temps/perf. ratio)

To be optimal and get the BEST scores one would need an OC for every separate benchmark
- Fire Strike, Port Royal, Fire Strike Extreme,.... They all seem to like different Voltage curves etc.  
 
The 500W Bios definitely works as intended and when undervolted the temps stay well around or below the 65C under load on both CC(Clock Core) and MEM (Memory)
