If you want to not have the fans "turn off" below a certain temp, which is how they are default, switching to OC mode on the BIOS switch, as Arestavo pointed out, will default the fan curve upward & let the fans bottom out at a quiet but cool (idle) running 33%. That's one easy way to solve any concerns.
I just setup a custom fan curve. 0% fan speed under 30C (where my card sits idle, 26-29C), ramping up to 33% above 30C, then 50% above 45C, then 80% above 55C depending on load temps seen on the GPU readout.
