Have you tried to do a clean install again? Use a third party to clean the drivers. And reinstall. Or you can try win+ctrl+shift+b to restart the graphics drivers.

I will +1 power draw being a potential issue. Search online for TechPowerUP's review of your card, look at the Power Consumption section. They found readings of the card drawing 420-450w at 100% load, and that reading is ONLY the GPU. What kind of crash are we talking about, does your screen go black - then come back on, or does the computer shutdown?

Yes I tried DDU and re installed the driver to the latest. Ill try the switching back the pcie cable to its original corsair cable. It is 1 cable each pcie slot and not daisy chained. It will turning black return back and showing the displaying the errors. Actually also tried updating the bios of the mboard but the same. Using Maximus Hero XII wifi mboard and it is in auto tweak mode. Thanks for the reply!

You might want to set BIOS defaults (auto tweak off) to see if that is the issue.

What kind of crash exactly are we talking about?  Driver crash, game crash, BSOD, green screen full lock up, or full power off?

A 750W PSU is on the low end, as the 3080 Ti is basically a 3090, so you might be getting too much power draw when using more demanding games. 
 
How do you have the cables for the PCIe? One for each or daisy chaining?  
 
Have you tried using the original cables from Corsair? There might be a compatibility issue with the cablemod cables. 

Daisy-chaining is a concern; otherwise 750W is perfectly fine. Unless you're talking about custom BIOS on a blocked card no way in hell it's drawing too much.

+1 to power draw with my 750 Watt PSU and 9700k overclocked to 5GHz if I have my ti on the OC bios my PSU just straight up goes nope. On silent bios it's fine though as long as I don't overclock it.

Yikes, didn't know this could be a thing... 2 weeks in and using my 9700k at 4.8 OC with OC Bios enabled on 3080ti ftw3. I haven't had any issues playing Doom Eternal, Metro, Days Gone and CyberPunk 2077.

I max settings in these titles and I play at 1440p with my 3+ year old, EVGA 1000W 80Plus gold PSU. (I had this same PSU in my old 6700k + 1080ti rig for a good 3+ years until the 3080ti arrived and i rebuilt.)

To be honest, I don't see a difference at all in Max Wattage PowerDraw with OC enabled / OC off.

Maybe this will be the difference maker.

With it enabled or off, I only ever see the same max total of 409- 415W usage... (Which may be indicative of another issue) at 65- 73C  and naturally this depends on title (98-gpu usage or 70 usage) since I cap my titles at 141fps (gysnc and via Nvidia Control Panel MAX FPS.)

In any case, as I mentioned above, a 1000W EVGA PSU seems to be plenty for a 3080ti/ 9700k... Hopefully its not your card and maybe software issues (as someone also mentioned above.)

Just a quick update. I borrowed a 850 watts from a friend and it runs smoothly with 3080ti ftw3. I also tested the 750w in 2080ti and also runs good. Just saw a recommendation from techpowerup that they recommends 800w for ftw3 version. I didnt turn off the auto OC. Thanks everyone!
