That sucks. Maybe you'll manage to grab something in stock at some point. Only readily available card I've seen is Zotac, but cazy overpriced and, well, Zotac.

So I contacted my retailer. They offered a refund or repair that would take 28 days, I opted for the refund.
I'm now a 3080ti widow but will keep looking around. I might go for the 3090 since many are in stock.  
 




Yeah if this replacement RMA Card craps the bed Im done..especially at $100 per RMA, I'll request full refund and wait until I get my hands on either an Asus 30xx Series or next Gen Asus Card. The old Evga 1080Ti SC Black is solid with an EK Block.

They wont give you a refund. Theyll just keep sending you a used card.

One person on this forum -- and possibly more -- has convinced EVGA to provide a refund after multiple RMAs.

The Card was running great and the FPS for games like CP77 were amazing for a single Card (I had been running SLi 680 Classifieds...SLi 780Ti's and SLi 1080Ti's on with EK Water Blocks), so was pretty stoaked to finally be able to run a single Card with incredible results (vs SLi 1080Ti's)....
 
Under Water the Card never saw more than 46c under full load....Memory never more than 56c..
It also OC'd very well with no added voltage..
 
Running Kumbuster it always reached its rated power limit of 446w...very close to the spec 450w.
 
I have always stuck to Evga for GPU's since my first Evga Card (after Voodoo 3DFX Card, many years ago)...think the first one I purchased was a 6800GT around 2003 iirc.
