Hi all, any more advanced builders than myself know of a vertical GPU mount that accommodates for PCIe peripherals, specifically Nu Audio Pro 7.1 Surround? Not the best at spacial awareness, have never tried vertical mounting, and would like to avoid losing sound cards if possible. Current chassis has the option of rotating PCIe brackets vertically or horizontally, but clearance for sound cards + having to buy three separate PCIe riser cables is discouraging. Also question its sturdiness holding up heavy GPUs without support from the motherboard. Looked around a bit, closest I could find to what I'm thinking is an EK Loop Vertical GPU Holder - Shifted, which isn't available yet. Not the end of the world if configuration stays the same, just figured worth asking about since I'm sure others have been able to do it. Thanks!

Current Specs--->
case: Thermaltake AH T600
motherboard: Gigabyte Z490 Xtreme
cpu: i-9 10900k
gpu: RTX 3080 FTW Ultra Gaming (to be replaced by 3090 FTW3 Ultra on 11/6 )
psu: EVGA 1200 P2
ssd: Seagate FireCuda 520 1TB PCIe Gen4
cooling: EK Quantum Velocity, EK Quantum Kinetic Pump/Res combo, EK Coolstream XE 480
periph: Nu Audio Pro, Corsair K100 OPX, TORQ X10 Carbon, Sennheiser HD 660S, Gigabyte G34WQC, Gigabyte G32QC

As far as the support goes, I grabbed one of these from Amazon and it does the trick nicely:

I mount my GPU vertically using an ASUS ROG riser cable - it's expensive, but I've read of too many issues with cheaper ones and you end up paying as much or more replacing them. I don't have any other hardware occupying other PCIe slots though - 3 riser cables would be expensive and get a little messy. Maybe you can just vertical mount the GPU only and basically lay the riser cable over the top of your sound card and whatever else you have, or else run the GPU from a lower PCIe slot if you have 2 x 16 lane slots.

edit: I just checked out your Thermaltake AH T600 case.. awesome looking helicopter case, but I see what you mean about the mountings - it's all or nothing with that case, so 3 riser cables would be needed. You can get slightly different lengths which may help, but yeah.. 3 riser cables it is.

If there is the proper spacing (?)  looks like you might be able to use another Riser cable for you sound card - with the features of your chosen case

Or you are going to have to get creative in where & how you Vertically mount your GPU ... or find a case designed to accommodate your needs ... room behind the Vertical GPU for your sound card ..... probably a much wider case

the big issue with most Vertical mounts is they cover the PCIe slots on the back of the case - making MB PCIe slots useless

Thank you for the support suggestion and recommendation as far as re-configuring since my board does have three x16 slots...which, very true, might be tricky/messy, and perhaps just getting different length PCIe riser cables. May just leave it horizontal for now but am definitely gonna play with it at some point and see what works best. Really appreciate your help!!
