I imagine that when new releases are launched, since they are new SKUs, it will be new queues.

I finally got pulled last night after almost a full year of waiting (not exaggerating, signed up in January of this year) - and hit the issue w/ it not sending the code to my phone. I ended up calling the support number and talking with a guy named John (I think? Maybe Jacob... I know it was a J name) in customer support, it took them almost 45 minutes to fix it, but I was able to place my order finally.

I'd 100% recommend calling them today and explaining what happened, do NOT rely on the email communication as that can take 1-2 business days for a response, which will put you outside of the 20 hour deadline to make your purchase.

Good luck, hope it gets sorted for you like it did for me!

Have you purchased your 3080 and haven't received it yet? If by order you mean signing up for a notification, well that's not an order at all. If there's stock and depending on your queue timestamp, you may be notified at some point. Where are you located? NA queues in general are moving faster than the EU ones.

If 12/28/20 is when you queued for that card the RTX 5000 series will probably be out first.

Your choices are either wait like everyone else, buy one for scalper prices on ebay, or give up. There is likely hundreds if not thousands of people in front of you on the queue.

Just keep checking the website, the EVGA queue system has been the most reliable way to get cards to people IMO. You'll probably see announcements for the 4 series queue when they are available.

Help me, help you! Use my associate code at checkouts for up to 10% discounts on all your EVGA purchases: I6AM2ZPP7846RU5

Being that you opted to stay in the KR queue, you are likely never getting a card. Nvidia is no longer sending full hash rate GPUs to any AIBs so if EVGA can't get them, EVGA can't make them.

EVGA sent out a message offering to transfer everyone to the "KL" sku product line. If you did not do this, you basically told EVGA that you don't want a card.

If yours is also a KR sku, you too are likely never getting a card for the same reason above.

Oh no, I am in the KL queue now, I jumped to the new product line. But from what I'm reading my hopes are still very low quite frankly

Definitely a good call to move to -KL; even if your hopes are low...they should be higher now than when you were in the -KR queue. Best of luck!
