3080 FTW3 Ultra stopped working, 1 single red light

Just installed my FTW3 Ultra today, all was well, was in the process of downloading the updated drivers when the screen suddenly turned off, the card's fans seemed to spin 100% then turned off, now it just displays a single red light. I removed the card and cables and reinserted and plugged back in, no dice. Any one have this issue? I know some of these cards are borked and I was wondering if I was experiencing the same problem.
