    Well if you want one ASAP you are stuck with scalper prices online.
     
    Other than that you can try the queue or hope to grab one from one of the Best Buy drops.

    You can register for the queue for every card available and more than likely wait till next year for your spot to open.
    You can watch the new egg shuffles and hope to get extremely lucky.
    Buy from a scalper cause that's the only ones selling it openly right now.
    Camp a Micro Center near you and hope to beat out everyone else staying overnight and through the day.  
    Ask Santa for one and maybe you'll get lucky if you were good all year.

    Bestbuy and microcenter are the best way, but if you are rich and impatient you can buy from a scalper.

    Best buy also drops ASUS Strix and EVGA XC3 Ultra. I'm might be wrong but I believe they might have MSI cards as well.

    You are so lucky to get regular drops in the US...in germany its much harder to get one! :-(
