Dear EVGA,
I would like to receive some information how exactly is your EU support department located in Germany working during Covid era.
I tried to contact them by phone +49 891 890 4911 (phone just ringing but no-one pick it up) and email supportEU@evga.com without any success.
it is almost as no-one there.
 
My RMA is currently on pending approval status for 2 days now without any way how to move forward.

    2 days is not that much + yesterday was a public holiday in Germany.

    damn you luckers... In CZ we are working... all day along (just envy) :-)
    it seams you were definitely right about it. Just have been contacted by EU support.

    FWIW, as was mentioned, yesterday (Thursday the 13th) was a public holiday in Germany, so most offices would be closed. It's also very common for employees and even some companies to take the Friday off as well to make a 4 day weekend. Not sure if this explains the situation, but it's a possible reason

    Yeah give them some time...during Covid it takes longer but they will answer.

    I RMAed to Germany late December 2020 they were very swift however I would say that 2 days is not that long a wait depending on circumstances like covid, weekends, other holidays, other RMAs having priority, etc. Still you should send them an e-mail regarding.

    Its weekend now they probably not working during weekend, my past rma experience been amazing have a little patience especially during this pandemic.
