3070 XC3 Ultra Power Limit Issue

Hi there i just purchase  3070 from evga that waited about 90a100 days i got my hands on feb 5 email on 26 of january.. But the card appears to have a issue that when  you are in games or video edit gpu-z and msi afterburner shows it has PWR Limit so it wants more power i tried with 2 diffrent psu 750w gold and 850w gold from evga its still the same  but the pcie 1 and pcie 2 also motherboard power draw are the same tops at 211w OF DRAW, Furmark score is 12905 with 9600K for now ill be upgrading to i9 10850k soon. I got the firmware update from xc1 precison but still pwr limit i guess evga need to get us a new bios. or is it normal values

    I hope that you already had the second power supply and didn't buy a new PSU just for this. "Power limit" doesn't mean that you have a power supply issue or need a bigger power supply. It means that one or more power inputs on the card have reached the max specified in the BIOS. What are the power (watts) values you see in GPU-Z for each of the power inputs while seeing the power limit perfcap reason?

    no no i didnt buyed a another one my main was 850w gold and the back up 750w gold i got it more pc equipment before covid hit and price increase also ton on stuff from turkey since it was cheap there tho we dont have psu just gpu's which go for 3070 for 1099$,3080 for 2000-2750$ 3090 for 3299-5000$ then CPU motherboard super cheap even tho psu are 850w gold is 100$ seasonic focus plus model

    ther eyou go also un even power draw on pin 8 #1 is  111 to 128 pin8 #2 is min 75- 101 max

    I wanna flash the FTW3 3070 Bios i am afraid to do it but in this subber edit someone did it with the exact model as mine i wonder will there be any differences
