    Random question -- can you use the HDMI and display ports on both SLIed graphics cards so that you can hook up more than 4 monitors to the computer or are you limited to just the ports on one of the two cards?

    I think that is correct.  I had never faced the question before but a buddy asked if he could hook up 8 monitors to a SLI build and I had no idea of the answer...it never occurred to me to have 8 monitors.  #FirstWorldProblems
