Well happy 21st EVGA...

Some ideas:

1) Go back to the company you were when you first started, with warranties that covered everything including over clocking

2) Re-establish your "Step-up" program the way it was back then, where you could step up from any card as long as it wasn't purchased on ebay.

3) Hand out the extra free games like you used to... to your loyal fans that always come to this forum

**These forums used to be bustling with activity, now they're kind of dead. This is intriguing because the age of social media has spiked in the last few years. This should tell your executive team a few things about the direction the company is going in. "Executive team, meet writing on wall, wall meet executive team"

I'm not upset with EVGA, just miss the good'ole days when this EVGA was a company to stand by, and sooooo much better with customer service.

Not going to happen! Who ever eVGA holding Company is, is too much about the numbers now dayz, its not about great customer service and high quality products anymore...

    1) they still cover overclocking, they just don’t offer lifetime anymore. The warranty doesn’t cover physical damage, but I don’t think that was ever covered.. I could be wrong.

Oh yeah, they also don’t cover bitcoin mining, even though they made a bitcoin mining specific card...

    2) You can step up from any card purchased from an authorized retailer, which is a pretty good list. Second hand purchases and non-authorized dealers would be the exceptions, so basically EBay, craigslist, and Facebook marketplace.

    3) I got nothing.

There has been some change to the company over time, but i think most of the change I have seen that I would like to see go back to the old way comes in the form of collaboration. EVGA is trying to internalize too much, and they are not as good as the companies that specialize at a task. Like waterblocks.. when they collaborated with Swiftech and EKWB, the blocks were fantastic. The last generation of blocks looked to have a lot of complaints about them with contact issues and high heat.

Those free games are from NVIDIA passed on to EVGA  purchases.   I think that's who decides.

Overclocking is covered, it's baked into the cards and their software. $40 also gets you a 10 year warranty, which is effectively lifetime for a GPU.
