Same. I ordered mine on the 15th as well and my order status still says backordered. I contacted B&H and they said they are waiting on EVGA to ship them their first batch of cards and I contacted EVGA and they told me they don't know if the have shipped them already or when they will ship them. My Friend ordered on last week from EVGA and it gets delivered today so it seems as though EVGA is giving people that order from their site first priority and waiting till the have stock before they ship out to B&H.

Jason had already posted that all the preorders for the FTW3 made on B&H website were shipped to them, they just haven't received/processed the cards yet. I've seen around other places they anticipated to receive them anywhere from 10/31-11/4 and then would start processing and fulfilling the preorders they had.

I honestly dont know why EVGA restricts UPS options, UPS should not allow that level of restriction....
UPS canceled my 2 hour delivery window so now I have to roll the dice and go home from work and hope they come while im home.
There is no reason to restrict "Pickup my package at a UPS location" EVGA! Most of us have full time jobs and need this option.

I agree completely. I have a card out for delivery, they gave me a 4 hour window. Owning my own business it is just not feasible to wait around UPS. Being able to hold for pickup would be SO much more convenient.

UPS has a system that shows me where the driver is, has anyone ever actually tried to intercept the driver to pickup their package?
You can use this "live map" to roughly estimate where the driver is, as it will sort of tell you if they are almost at your home. It has been accurate in the past for me but certainly its a tad delayed. I live in a rural area, but we do have a UPS distribution center here so I call their local number (NOT 800 number) and they've been able to pass my request on to the driver to meet him. The driver calls me off his cell phone and we meet up on some rural road. Thats how I got my iPhone XS.

Considering Jacob already said on twitter that supplies this week may be even less than last week, I doubt many of us will even be able to order a card anytime soon. Maybe trying to do an all evga build was a dumb idea.

That is a good lookin' question. Just going by his twitter. The update today was, nothing for today probably tomorrow, and that there is less stock this week. Maybe the wind blew just the right way and now there are less Ti chips available. /shrug

You have to call the distribution centers local number. the main customer service line (800 number) WILL NOT help you with this sort of request. UPS stores are franchises and are not at all involved with UPS other than licensing the name. Do not call them.

Psst... UPS My Choice® allows you to pick the time of delivery as well for 8 dollars.. Dude been driving all around my neighborhood, literally a block away, but I am at work and he can't deliver it until 3-5 when I will be home.

Haha...there was a link to track the driver. It showed a map where the truck was, so I just drove to where it showed on the map. He was parked in front of someone house, I walked up was polite, explained, he laughed and said no problem. I never called anyone, just showed up...lol.

Yeah, we know dude. I have Premium and it comes with 2 free ones. I used one, but they changed the delivery date. I live chatted UPS and confirmed the 2 hour delivery window was still valid. Today they tell me it was canceled. Don't rely on the 2 hour thing.

I just requested a cancellation of the my order! Ordered 11th of Sept from EU shop. I happen to need some cash and I don't have see any good 2k+ UltraWide monitor with high framerate and not artefacts releasing soon.
I'm fine with my 1080ti for now.

Thanks for sharing that, Seems like heat and memory issues are widespread past just EVGA cards. Quite unfortunate to hear... This is my first time buying an EVGA card, I keep hearing about their wonderful customer service and warranty... Hope I don't have to get acquainted too soon.....

Had one in my cart and somehow my credit card transaction didn't go through. Went back to retype my info and it's gone from my cart. Does EVGA have something to save my credit card info instead of having to type it out everytime for checkout? It's gone so fast!

Why the hell do you not accept american express... because of this, I was not able to purchase the card. Additionally, I tried my different visa credit card, and your system kicked it back because they were not able to process it at this time. **** is going on EVGA.... now I have to wait yet again.... I'm so over this nonsense.
