2080 TI XC color issue?

So im trying to go all white lights and this card show Green and Red, Not white. LED issue or ?

    BTW all White in Precision X1. Reinstalled card, software, power both with Powerlink and without. should i call and replace this card again?

    yes most other colors work fine, just some are brighter like blue on the green side is not as dark while the red is not as bright. its hard to explain.
