I get off baby duty at 1am. Plan to turn on boinc at that time. No bunkering planned.

Just a friendly reminder this challenge starts in 1 day 9.5 hours!  
 
Every task returned during the challenge will be counted, meaning you can download tasks now.  I'm not bunkering, but am currently crunching so that I have a running start to the challenge.


Standard Running Project for me, also "I'm not bunkering" as well.
Any WCG Challenge or any Challenge that allows bunkering only means for me that the Real Challenge is only within our own Team.
So the Pie Charts will return.


You will have to keep me out of the pie charts then. I am playing by the rules. Not going to give them a big head start.

Other Team Members are more then welcome to bunkering anytime for any reason Bill.
I will keep your number one spot fresh on the Pie Chart as always.

WCG is not giving out the amount of wu's I'm requesting, so I have some in the queue but not a real bunker job. I agree with bill1024 that professional bunkering is a pita and not in my scope of interest. I'll run all the core's I have until I need to back a few off for PG.

I have the same problem. Even if I asked for 5 days of work they gave me less than 24hrs of work.

What does the BOINC log file say?
Have you checked your WCG preferences under "My Projects" to see what's enabled?  The only project with a decent amount of work is OpenZika, so make sure that one is checked.

This ongoing problem may be resolved by uninstalling the client including all data folders and starting fresh.

I tried posting earlier that you should get some sleep and release what you have in the AM. But it didn't take. If you're not getting any tasks now then it's a no-brainer.
 
If there aren't enough tasks to go around it could be a dud of a contest.

Man, That is not good. So the bunkers get the tasks first before the challenge, then we get the crumbs..........
 
Ok, I admit, I bunkered a little,  but did not realize everyone does not get anything after that at the start......

Yes, I think Seti.Germany updates their stats hourly, even though WCG's site only updates every 12 hours.

Forgive me Punchy, I did not see your question until just now. 
 
Log says... No Task Sent/No tasks are available for the applications you have selected. Over and over and over again. I will just run Collatz tonight and see what the morning brings...
 
In WCG I have OpenZika, Stop TB, Clean energy 2 and any new projects.

In WCG I have OpenZika, Stop TB, Clean energy 2 and any new projects. 


Try choosing Mapping Cancer Markers (MCM) as well, that usually gets the bulk of the WCG runtime.  You could also try ticking the box for, "If there is no work available for the project(s) I have selected above, please send me work from another project."

For reference, here's a list of WCG projects sorted by yesterday's runtime.  This shows how many CPU years were applied to each project yesterday.  This is not an anomaly, it's pretty much the trend in project weight for the past month.  This might help anyone who is struggling to keep their boxen fed.
 
Mapping Cancer Markers: 298 years
Open Zika: 95 years
Outsmart Ebola: 59 years
Fight Aids: 24 years
Help Stop TB: 2 years
Clean Energy: 0 years
