Let's not put EVGA on the defensive position.
Let's see how things go...

I do not plan too.
The month is half way and I lost the power of this Graphics Card.
I am just glad I have two cards so I am running one card for now.

Look at the cracked plexiglass around the screw hole. Is it a coincidence that the leak is everywhere around that area?
Looks like a defect in materials or workmanship to me. Cannot be denied beyond a shadow of a doubt. One might argue that you tightened the crap out of that screw for no good reason, but how could it be proven? It can't. So, you should not be blamed.

What are you talking about? I know it was a preinstalled hydrocopper block. I was defending you. I was playing devil's advocate and saying that even if EVGA did try to blame you, it is unprovable and unfounded.
I think it is leaking because the plexiglass cracked. And I don't think it is your fault.
Talk about misreading and flying off the handle...

Okay I won't name names but I got an annoying bunch of emails whenever I did an RMA with another company concerning gpus that had to go back because of failures. I have been selling those gpu's off.
I say annoying because there were so many especially after the forwarding company crushed one of them.
The GPU manufacturer took it back and kept me (over) informed on it's progress.
I have never had to RMA a single EVGA gpu and they were older than the ones I have sold.
You are going to be fine.
Just let us know if we need to help you.
Joe

It's better to get no info then to get an email saying that the RMA has a problem or something like that. Probably no news is good news when it comes to an RMA when you get notification from UPS it's on its way back to you.

Yep! That is my thought as well.
Added: I did get an email today showing auto reg and has a new serial number.
I would think that they would have just replaced the Water Block.

SmookinJoeJust got notified...I was letting it  sink in but I decided to complete the purchase.
I will be paying $450+ US or just shy of $700 cdn for a 3080 FTW3 Ultra gaming which normally cost's me $1500 cdn so...guess I am happy...

Very Nice!  Over a year on the notify list as well (first 2 cards were entered Feb 20, 2021), no notifications.  Wish I still had some eVga bucks.... I just paid $799 US for a 3070 Ti XC3 Ultra Gaming (08G-P5-3785-KL) on Amazon a few min ago.  This card had been on my notify list since July 2021 when I dropped the two 3060 Ti's & put this and the P5-3783 in their place, but when I just cleared my notify list (after purchase from Amazon), it was only showing the non-ultra card as active, and this card as 'removed by user', I never removed it???   If I had some ebucks left, or if my tax $$$ were here already, I would have gotten the FTW3 Ultra direct from eVga instead, but no folding bucks, not expecting tax $$$ till next week, & not willing to wait for it only to have the card be no longer available.

I just hope the card lasts at least 6 years....

Rebuild 2.0 Specs:  Phantek's Enthoo Pro Full Tower case * Gigabyte Z690 Gaming X DDR4 motherboard * Intel i9-13900KS CPU with Kraken X63 AIO * WIN 11 PRO 64bit * MSI 4070 Ti Gaming X Trio GPU * Corsair Vengeance 64GB(4x16GB) RAM * Solidigm P44 Pro 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD (Win11 Pro) + Intel 665p 1TB M.2 NVMe (storage) + Samsung 990 Pro 2TB M.2 NVMe (storage) + Samsung 980 1TB M.2 NVMe (Ubuntu) * Seasonic Vertex GX-1200 1200W ATX 3.0 PSU * Samsung 50 inch QN90A 4K TV/monitor * FANS: Bitfenix Spectre Pro 200mm front intake + 2x Noctua NF-A14 Industrial PPC 140mm exhaust on Kraken X63 radiator + 1 Noctua NF-A12 120mm rear intake

Depends on how you treat it..
I have no doubts EVGA gpu's are better than any other I have owned.

Normally I have great luck with GPU's lasting years as long as they work out of the box. I have had a few over the years that are bad instantly but that is quickly taken care of.

The incoming 3070 Ti will be my 6th EVGA GPU.  I have had a fair share of trouble with 2 out of 5 EVGA GPUs, though much more trouble with most other brand GPUs (except Gigabyte) to be honest.

My very first EVGA GPU was a 7800 GT (new from EVGA) DOA returned, replacement(refurb) DOA returned, replacement(refurb) DOA returned, finally they sent me a brand new 7950 GT KO SuperClocked (I didn't even ask for an upgrade!!!) which I sold in great working condition 3 years later & grabbed a Radeon 4770 card...

EVGA 970 FTW 04G-P4-2978-KR an IC chip fried after nearly 4 years of almost continuous folding. recv. 10/5/15 died 7/17/2019

EVGA 1660 Ti FTW - dead by my own meddling 4 weeks after purchase - tried to adapt a water block to the card... it was loud & ran hot with stock cooler....  replaced with the Gigabyte 1660 Ti that's running now in my silent* gaming PC.  *silent as in even while gaming in 4K it's barely audible from 4 feet.

I still have an EVGA 460 that I keep as an emergency backup card.  However, as good as the Gigabyte 1660 Ti has been, I'll dump the 460 & keep the 1660 Ti as my emergency backup card for next few years.
