Personally I'd go for the highest wattage PSU

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

I would get the P2, not the P3.

    MSI X570 Tomahawk | Ryzen 5800X | Samsung 980 Pro | 32GB Trident Z Neo | RTX 3090
     Obsidian 5000D | SuperNOVA 1000 P2 | 48" C1 4K LG OLED | Naga | G915 TKL | Sennheiser HD 800 S | Grace m9XX

Can you really go wrong with either? They're backed by EVGA's 10 year warranty....

Trying to power two RTX 3080ti videos cards requires a lot of power. The 1200 watt (or higher) is what I would personally recommend to give yourself some wattage headroom.

Two 3080 Ti cards? What do you expect to do with 2?
Not trying to judge you, just want to ensure your expectations are met.

If it's really two cards in one system you would want the 1200w. If it's a single 3080 in two different systems it wouldn't matter.

Also keep in mind SLI is not possible on a 3080Ti. Only the 3090 cards have SLI and for them it's not getting anymore support from NVIDIA.

    it really doesn't. I run 4 of them on a single 1600W T2

Cool, cool. Just wanted to make sure you didn't think it would boost your game FPS or something.
