12 pin power connectors ????

i finally figured it out thank you evga for making it soooo hard to find post new thread button geeez !!!! ok so if you didn't see my two random questions in the replies here i go for the third time. so i bought a 3060ti its coming next week i noticed it will need a 12 pin power connector will my new card come with it or will i need to purchase separately ??? for some reason i cannot find this answer ANYWHERE and it seems like it should be a very common question or maybe its just a very stupid one only time will tell i guess. thanks for your time...

    Which card?  Looking at the lineup of 3060Tis I see cards with 2-8 pin connections but nothing with 12.

    EVGA doesn't sell any cards that use Nvidia's 12 pin power connector. In fact no board partners do, it's only Nvidia founders edition cards that use the 12 pin connector. So if you bought it here, you don't need to worry about it. If you didn't buy it here (why are you asking here?) and you got a founder edition card from Nvidia it will come with the adapter in the box.

    Yea it falls under dumb question but I just learned that it’s 2 8 pin connector not a 12 pin I did buy it from evga thank you for the response.

    Most modern PC PSUs have multiple cables for your graphics cards.

    It's best to use two separate cables with just the single connector going into the graphics card when possible. That said you can use two 8 pin off of one cable since as long as your PSU is running within specifications it shouldn't have any issues getting the power needed.
