Good day,
I am looking for a recommendation for a GPU with 11GB of memory c/w a Hybrid cooling system. I want a sealed system - either a Hybrid card or a card and kit combo.
I use my PC for photo editing and some of my apps require a lot of GPU RAM or they seriously slow the computer. I have an Intel 299 with 128GB of RAM and SSDs for the OS, programs and caches so I believe that the response limiting is due to not enough GPU RAM. Also, with a number of HDDs in the case cooling is a factor so I want to directly exhaust the GPU heat from the case.
Thanks.    Cal

I have 2 of the 2080 Ti FTW3 Ultra Hybrid Cards. The Bios was flakey with the last version of Precision X1. The latest Precision X1 update seems more stable, I just updated/ loaded it about an hour ago and tested it. Also the X1 overclocking utility works much better in the new version, before it would give you a pass and a % score mine was 90 which I have no idea of what that score is based on. Now it gives you the overclock settings that are supposedly stable and so far they are. If you get one and the Bios is flakey you will likely need to flash the BIOS on the GPU Card or you'll get the three red lights of doom. I flashed both the overclock UI and the Normal UI with a BIOS I received from EVGA Support. I've only had too flash it twice now. The problem seems to come back if I disconnect the power on my PSU or shut off the PSU switch. The card I have performs well @ 2040Mhz GPU and Memory @ 7000Mhz I'm sure it will go higher as its temp never goes above 40C using max 280 Watts.  If you are comfortable flashing the BIOS and plan on running the card as it was built to run I would recommend it. If your not buy something less "exotic". I'm building a new system now, 2 EVGA FTW3 Ultra Hybrid 2080Ti in SLI, 32GB Patriot Viper Steel 4400Mhz memory, MSI Z490 Unify MOBO, Dual 500GB Samsung 980 Pro M.2 NVMe drives in RAID zero, with an Intel i9-10900KF Water-cooled using an EVGA CLC 360 AIO with 6 Noctua Fans.

You may be better off getting 2 1080Ti's and water cool them your self with NZXT Adapters and Kracken X62 pump and radiator AIO's. I had that setup 2 builds ago and it would run circles around a single 2080 Ti. You would have nearly 23GB of Video Memory and the 1080Ti GPU is no slouch as Nvidia pointed out when they compared the new 3080 to the 1080 and not the 2080. If you go the 1080 Ti route I recommend the Gigabyte Aorus 1080Ti or the extreme version get two and the High Band SLI connector, water cool them and you'll likely only spend about $1200 - $1400.00 you'll have double the memory and more GPU processing power than a single Water Cooled 2080Ti which will set you back at least $1500.00 as will the new 3080 once the water cooled cards are released. The water cooled 3090 which will have nearly 24Gb of memory but the price will be equivalent to a healthy kidney.

    bonepickerx,
Thanks for the feedback. It looks like I'll just need to keep an eye out for a sealed hybrid card with a lot of GPU memory.
I use my PC for photo editing and some of the apps want a lot of GPU memory or grind away sooo slowly. Also, I have multiple RAIDed HDDs in my case plus LSI RAID controller and Intel RAID expander cards both running at 45-50 Deg. all producing a lot of heat. So, I want to dump the GPU heat directly out of the case to help avoid over heating the MB and RAID system.

You could run an open case. I have been for several years now and the heat issues disappear.

This is what I am running now and temperatures are very manageable. My CPU is overclocked to 5.3GHz and hasn't gone above 90C after many benchmark runs. My GPU's never go above 40C. An Open Case is the only way to go. Typical cases even cases that cool well always run hot. I'll likely never run a closed case again.
