FYI, for UK/EU, just got this email:

Best place to keep with the updates from EVGA is on our forums.  I am afraid if you had seen here we have been delayed by 1 week on our shipping.
 
I now expect orders to dispatch from next week.  Hopefully from 9^th May.

I've been waiting a while so an extra week doesn't bother me, but I can imagine might upset some people who could have had any of the tens of other 3rd party cards that are out. Also Ben seems to suggest this forum already has that information, so perhaps this thread isn't the best place to follow? Might be another one else where getting updates.

lol god knows when 3rd party sellers like Amazon, Ebuyer, Scan, Overclockers will get any stock then. Seems EVGA is completely prioritizing orders directly from their website rather than shipping cards to 3rd party sellers. This is so frustrating  the EU/UK always gets screwed over.

First the 9xx series fiasco, and now the 10xx series. What a joke this is becoming. If this is the trend they're going to go with they're reputation is going to majorly sink. I really hope the FTW3 will be worth the wait/hype.

Make perfect sense. They didn't get enough cards in. So either they sent all they had out to the people that pre-ordered or they divided them up and sent out a couple of pre-orders and sent the rest to places like Newegg and Amazon. Because if you had to choose between Amazon, Newegg and your individual customers, who would you choose?

We are still on schedule for FTW3.

Apparently not!!!

This is a disappointment considering we have all waited so long for these cards when so many other cards have been available for quite some time. I'm sure the performance gains, thermals, and possibly the acoustics will be marginally better (like very slightly) but your customers are high-end electronics component consumers and when something new comes out, we want it NOW. Plus, the lifespan of videocards being one of "the best" out is short lived. A month is a lifetime.
 
I do love EVGA and their customer service but I am pretty bummed that I am waiting while others are blasting out graphics through their flagship {insert any competitors name} GTX 1080 Ti.

I'll just suck it up and patiently wait. If all of you are so upset, cancel your preorders, order elsewhere, and let those that are willing to wait bump up their chances. Just wish they would at least give us a reason on why the delays and what the reason was for releasing so late.

We shipped the first FTW3 preorders on 5/30 and more on 5/1. Unfortunately there are some remaining orders that we are not able to ship out just yet. We need a bit more time on these so we are working to ship out the remaining QTY this week and will continue to provide more updates.

WHAT ABOUT THE EU/UK?

We all have no real choice but to wait. Most of us are going to be waiting until next week because even if they manage to ship out all of them on Thursday and Friday (as is the current tidbit of communication on things) they're shipping through UPS, so they won't actually arrive until next week sometime. Also, seems like the vast majority of posters in here seem to be asking for more/better communication as well. If we're upset about how this has been handled that doesn't mean we should cancel, we should voice our opinions on it so that perhaps this doesn't continue to be a problem in the future. We obviously appreciate the brand quality of EVGA. We just want their customer fulfillment and communication to be more on par with the quality of their products (which is stellar). There is some chance for that to happen if we communicate with them about our frustrations and there is zero chance that will happen if we just "suck it up".

Is it possible to change our shipping to 2 day delivery to make up the lost time?

Those unfortunate remaining orders seem to be a majority of them.
 
Also exactly what does 'this week' mean? Today? Tomorrow? Do you even actually have the cards? And is there any chance of a shipping upgrade or something? Would be nice for you to not take a preorder for an item you're not going to be able to deliver. I get that it was an estimate but my order STILL says ships 5/1, you should have known you weren't going to be able to deliver on that and updated folks accordingly.
