Well....I don't know if I clarified anything.   Though, that he says there are more on the way does increase the odds that my pre-order with B&H will get filled sooner than later...or at least that is what I am telling myself.

I got two of them ordered through EVGA and the order is showing up in my order history, but it says "order status: Pending verification" and EVGA only charged my CC $1. I hope EVGA didn't over-sell what they had in stock....

Mine said "pending verification" just after I ordered too, so I called them, guy said everything looked fine, nothing I need to verify or do - I guess the order was just was waiting for c/card processing company to ok it. I note now it's changed to "Approved, Pending Shipment". Yay.

Shipments are processed and shipped Monday - Friday only, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday and orders placed on weekdays will be sent out the following shipping day pending no credit card discrepancies or verifications needed.
 
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT will ship out same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT will ship the following business day.
 
I assume that's 2pm in California (PDT)..  my order went in about 1:07pm their time, currently shows as "Approved, Pending Shipment".

I got one from the first batch and it says its waiting for ups to pickup... Also, The rep I talked to said it should ship out today but I'm not sure about the later orders.. will just have to watch your open orders in EVGA members tab.

They send instructions with the kit of course, and I'm sure someone will post it on YouTube - but probably nothing yet as nobody has one yet. :)
Here is the online installation manual for this specific kit.

Good luck on your delid.. I was contemplating a delid on my 7700k but my temps max out at 70c with prime95 so no need.

I wish I was as lucky... mine has reached the 90's so I'll most certainly benefit from it.  I went with the Rockit 88 kit... makes the process virtually idiot proof.  LOL
