Were these released already?
 
Cant find them on Amazon or anywhere else online (NewEgg, MicroCenter, Frys, etc.).
 
Were they released but sold out quickly? Any idea when they might be in stock again?

    They are just out of stock everywhere they are normally on Newegg and EVGA when in stock. And I think a few other sites also carry them

    1080 were FTW (not FTW3), nor do I think there were "Elite" versions.

    Man I just received the auto-notification that EVGA had it was on stock and I added it to my cart and when I finished confirming my shipping & billing address it said that my order was cancelled because they went out of stock again. How many did EVGA added to stock? 2?
