Hey rjohnson11. I'm hoping you can help me out. I've emailed both supportEU@evga.com and webmaster@evga.com and they haven't gotten back to me. My pre-order for my 1080 SC is apparently ready but when I try to pay for it by clicking on the evga "pay with paypal" link, I get nowhere. It sends me to a 404. I have to pay within 5 days or I lose my pre-order.....but there is no way for me to pay! Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

What is this about some of the ftw cards that didn't make the cut and will be sold as db or something. With the delays plus that some cards is bad I am gonna pick up a Msi 1080 gaming x today. Been waiting in Sweden for the ftw for ever.
FIRST shipment to the EU arrived yesterday for the eu.evga.com website. This same shipment is also scheduled to reach etail/retail this Thursday the 7th of July.
Give or take a few days for processing and transport, I'd think they could be on their way early next week? (05-28 pre-order from NL here) That's assuming there's enough to go around for all orders....

The first shipment to the EU has arrived. Some SC's of 1070/1080 was up at the eu.evga.com site yesterday. Sold out in about 2 hours time. For etailers/retailers, first shipment is due tomorrow 7th of July. I talked to a Swedish etailer(inet.se) today, they confirmed shipment of 1080 FTW coming in tomorrow, but unsure about quantity. I just have my hopes up im high enough on the list to get a card this first shipment. If not, I'll try snag one from the eu.evga.com site when/if it pops up. Hope it helps! Hello Kirby, it seems like other customer have faced similar issues like you. Our IT is just working on this, as long as you have send an email to the EU support it should be no problem and as soon as the issue is fixed customer support will get back to you.

Are you guys whom pre-ordered a FTW getting charged? Because I'm still on "Pre-Ordered".
I was asking the same sort of question a while back. Pre-ordered a FTW on May 28, went through paypal checkout, all seemed fine. But I checked and it looked like I wasn't charged. Asked support about this and they said that they had received my paypal transaction. However, my actual bank account which is linked to my paypal is not charged yet (just checked). I guess they charge you once they assign the products to your order? Maybe good if someone can give some clarification on this? Edit: Just took the time to get on a chat: EVGA_Support
Correct. We do not charge your order until everything is ready to go.

Are the rumors true that evga are not selling Amazon UK the FTWs because of a pricing issue?
Would be annoying to wait another month after waiting one already. I will get whatever 1080 available if things don't become clear soon. I can only order from Amazon.

how is it that I see Asus MSI Gigabyte Palit Gainward cards left and right but evga, such big nvidia partner has such issues with it? maybe they have 10 times the volume of orders I guess. I want to believe that

Possibly. EVGA is well-known for their great customer support and many people I know will only buy EVGA cards.

Materiel.net just raised their availability for 1080 FTW from previous "7 to 15 days" to "more than 15 days" just now.
My preorder is dated from 27th May :'(.
