1070 ftw2 unable to change led colors

in precision xoc i am unable to click the led tab its there but greyed out and unable to be clicked any suggestions?
i have the latest nvidia drivers and xoc build.

    Download Standalone Version  (iCX Cards Only) 
     
    What is the P/N (Model) for your GTX 1070 FTW2 Graphics Card?

    (iCX Cards Only) is the new version to support your new card.
    Uninstall the older version and restart your pc then install this newer version.

    I can confirm you do need the iCX version of Precision XOC for the LED controls.

    Are there any plans to make a version that will support both? I'm running a non-icx card as  dedicated physx, and the icx version of the app won't run because of it.
