So I decided to get some more memory and see what I could do.

I got 16GB of the Corsair Dominator GT (CMT8GX3M2A2000C9). It's rated to run 9-10-9-27 @ 1000Mhz, 1.65V

I put it in a 790i Ultra with a QX9770 running LC

I ran the thing overnight on max stress, v2.5 IBT it was fine. Between 46 and 50 GFlops

AIDA read is about 10.3 MB/s

I'm running the bus at 1600Mhz, at 1800 things are actually quite a bit slower. I'd love any advice on tweaking out some performance, also, please, any places where the voltages seem too high :) I don't know if I can reduce any of them, but the temps seem good

Max Temp MCP is about 58C, Max Temp Cores was 68C

Looking at the hardware that you are running, along with your OC, the voltages that you are using look very good, as they are all within the "safe" range of the BIOS settings.  The only changes I would make are listed below.  Good job on the 16Gb of RAM!!
    HT Spread Spectrum: [Auto] (Disabled)
    PCle Spread Spectrurn(MCP): [Auto] (Disabled)
C1E Enhanced Halt State: [Enabled] (Disabled)
    Execute Disable Bit: [Enabled] (Disabled)

    Thank you sir!

i was hoping you'd weigh in, adjusted per the above, seems to be running pretty well so far!

The SPP is at 50C when idle and the MCP 57, under load they are +2 or +3.  Everything else is only a few degrees above room temperature, except the GPU, which is at 37C

Have you tryed moveing your Multi. to 10X that would give you 4.00Ghz and move the CPU voltage up to 1.43v and the FSB to 1.35v with that much ram the CPU will haft to work more to handle 16GB of ram. If you do not want to hit 4.00GHz and higher try this CPU-3.83/FSB-425MHz/QDR-1700MHz/Multi-9X/RAM-1700MHz/Final MHz-3830MHz. I run at QX9770/CPU-4.05/FSB-450MHz/QDR-1800MHz/Multi-9X/RAM-1800MHz/Final MHz-4050MHz.Voltage CPU-1.50000v=1.43v up to 1.45v/FSB-1.35v/RAM-1.950v/SPP-1.45v/MCP-1.65v/Lane 0 (-50)/Lane 1 (-50). I run 8GB of Corsair Dominator TW3X4G1800C8DF with EPP 2.0 (Expert)/Mem clock (Unlinked) and Memory timing mode  (Expert) TCL-9/TRCD-9/TRP-9/TRAS-26/Comand-2T/ adv. TRRD-7/TRC-45/TWR-12/TWTR-18/TFAW-35/TREF-7.7/TRFC-100. As for the Dominator GT ram do Not run your Voltage past 1.65v I have 12GB of Dominator GT Ram on my other computer and it becomes very unstable.
