The SR-2 motherboard does not have BIOS settings for switching between PCI-e and PCI control. The SR-2 was designed with a point-to-point architecture and, probably, only supports booting from PCI-e graphics card. If you are having problems, perhaps you should describe your system components in detail. Which graphics card do you have? Also describe any other cards installed in the PCIe slots, the operating system, etc.
