Serious problem of my GTX1080 SC!!

Today when I was playing dota2, the screen became blank(dark) suddenly, but I can still hear the audio from the pc. I restarted the pc and reinstalled the driver, when I got back to the game, this problem happened again after 10 minutes. I've run the 3DMark 11 to check the video card, it works properly. I don't know what the problem is, could anyone give me some advice? Shall I contact customer service for maintenance? Any help would be appreciated!! I agree with you for a couple of people that did help them out but what you're forgetting is that it only helped them out for the short-term. After some extensive gaming they came across the same issue black screen and fan spinning up. So no Debbie Downer here just factual Frank. :-) #8

Do you have access to a slightly higher wattage PSU to try? Have you tried re-seating the card to the motherboard? Have you tried using a different pci-e power cable to power the card?
