Without explanation, Microsoft has removed the just-released November update (version 1511) from the download page it offers to the general public.  Link

I know that there have been a lot of issues with drivers in the release.  Bluetooth support was spotty and oftentimes didn't work.  Fingerprint readers, cameras and webcams disabled.  Read the Microsoft boards and find a lot of issues including tons of failed upgrades to the build.  The oddest part of this issue is the lack of explanation. 

The November update's been fine for me. The little BroadCom Bluetooth USB dongle works fine. It's the 359.00 drivers that seem a little wonky. Either they or a recent Firefox update broke something. CSS animations aren't as fast as before, and I keep getting missing thumbnails and images on some pages. 
 
Yeah, my Logitech "eyeball" cam doesn't work.. I should probably finally upgrade to a webcam that's not nearly old enough to drive.

Blue screened my rig. Had enough trouble shooting so I did a complete wipe reinstall and had to do it again after the updates. Twice! Ug. I'll stick on 7 for a bit it's my mod rigs machine. Oh and when it started it was a driver issue so I used Gurus Driver uninstaller in safe mode, aand I should have known better it must have pulled to much from the registry. Windows wouldn't recognize the 580's anymore *Grumble* Just a run of bad luck I've been stable for a loong time up until now.

But auto updates/drivers and full control, works for everyone!

1511 also turned driver updates back on after I turned them off in the first W10 install. Other than that, no problems here.

Can you turn them (driver updates) back off after the update?

I had the drivers updates turned off when the system became unstable. Anyhow after I got win 7 64b 99% updated the instant that free windows 10 update appeared in my task bar BOOM BSOD. So I deleted a the last four updates and here I sit with update turned off for now. JUST an FYI this system is starting to show it's age. I remember seeing something about kernal driver during all the troubleshooting. NO OC on anything atm. Good Luck

 I found out it was the AX1200 psu is giving up the ghost on the 12v rail. It's been pushing these Fermis for a good five years nothing to do with the update just as I suspected. Age, soon time to upgrade, After a clean 10 install I dropped one gpu of the rail and np. Well a new OS ain't all bad :) And there are some dam fine cpus coming in the pipe line heck ya!
