You've gotta be joking. That price is ridiculous.

I use one of these. All of my cooling components are rigged with quick disconnects (Koolance, btw) and can be pulled and flushed independently. Much less expensive, but obviously you have to rig your own reservoir...

I think I'd rather just buy the 990X and use the extra $200 to buy a Noctua DH-14, and still save $120
Have water, will cool.

I understand the convenience and like the general concept. What I don't like is that price. Koolance quick disconnectors ftw

Oh, that is cool. Just give it a bit for someone to figure out a more cost effective approach to doing this.

And this is something you could simply build, if you really felt the need, with a pump and res assembly. But you don't need to even do that, unless your watercooling setup is all screwed up for some reason.

Wait. So this is to clean the fluid? Ummm. A bottle is at most 20 bucks. It last's six months. So you would have to use this for 30 years to make a return? If you're 20 years old and one committed extreme PC freak that may actually be a good investment LOL.

There will be much better.

Well it's cool, but what is it actually going to do that a silver coil and regular maintenance won't do?

So, is this CM's official first post that they are working on such a product? Probably not, but thought I would try.

Andrew_K And this is something you could simply build, if you really felt the need, with a pump and res assembly. But you don't need to even do that, unless your watercooling setup is all screwed up for some reason. Right there with ya. Also, if the loop was that screwed up, I doubt this nifty gadget would fix it. Personally, when I drain my loop, I just loosen the cap so air can get in, and open the drain plug at the bottom and aim it at a bucket. Plug the drain, fill my res and power for a few seconds at a time 5 or 6 times until the water basically is through the loop, the start to bleed it and keep topping it off. Really not that hard, and certainly not inconvenient enough to warrant that kind of money on.

1200 bucks! A bit of overkill on the pricing.
