So I replaced the paste and pads. Made a huge difference everything is going great. Get to the boot screen. Everything goes as planned absolutely perfect. Run a heaven benchmark and notice she's acting a bit weird. I notice it running its stock bios while it's in the oc bios. I cannot move the slider past 104 for power slider in Precision or MSI Afterburner. I don't think anything of it. I shut down and move the switch to (LN2) see if maybe the (OC) bios got flashed or something. It happens. The (LN2) bios that I switched to is the same. Is it completely possible while I was doing the pad change over that all the vbios got erased? I just find that odd. Is it at all possible to flash a new bios on to the (LN2) or (OC) bios? If so could someone please assist me.

Best regards, SamuraiX

Edit: I'd like to push the card now that it's cooled well. I can give Model # and SKU upon request.

    No.

To reflash the oc & ln2 positions simply flip the switch on the card to the one you want to reflash while in windows. Then use nvflash to flash the card, and then reboot your pc, and update the other vbios afterwards.

All three stock vbios can be downloaded from here… https://xdevs.com/guide/kpe3090/

You can get the latest version of nvflash here… https://www.techpowerup.c..ownload/nvidia-nvflash/

You can read the following guide for the 1080 ti kingpin on how to flash the card using nvflash to get an idea on how to flash your card as the commands are the same. The only thing you’ll need to change is the name of the vbios you’re tying to flash instead of the one listed on the guide… https://forums.evga.com/1...OC-VBIOS-m2751584.aspx
